As our focus was on accessibility and GDPR we didn’t initially appreciate how this offering would allow us to integrate our email and webpage with our working processes. As we worked with WJPS during the website build, it became increasingly clear that we would have a high degree of control over the sites content without the need for complex training.

Uploading documents for either public or councillor use is straightforward, as is the everyday editing of the site. WJPS's customer support is outstanding, with any problems dealt with quickly and efficiently. They are patient with those of us who may not be at the cutting edge of IT, with explanations provided in jargon-free language which is clear to the lay person.
